Scientists have grown increasingly excited about the health effects of omega-7 fatty acids. One of these, called palmitoleic acid, has properties that encourage the metabolic factors associated with supporting cardiovascular health.1
LDL, HDL and triglyceride support
Studies show that 210 mg of palmitoleic acid a day helps maintain already healthy levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL and HDL after just one month of supplementation.2
