• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The rates depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic Shipping:
• Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
•International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
Shipment Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak seasons. However, we will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time.
Damaged or Lost Packages: All Pro Nutrition Inc. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer support to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
